About Testing 

Personal Lab Testing Services works with the consumer directly. You do not need a local Doctor or practiconer to order any test offered on our website. Personal Lab Testing Services will have the lab send you the collection kit to your home or any location you choose. The kit will include the exact instruction on obtaining the sample and will have a return mail envelope. Test results will be sent to you and your doctor. 

Please be advised that Personal Lab Testing Services cannot accept insurance reimbursement or negotiate in any way with your insurance company. Personal Lab Testing Services cannot provide diagnostic codes or insurance codes of any kind. You are free to submit your receipt to your insurance company or to ask your local Medical Doctor to do so for you.
